The body of a Sheffield man – found at his home after his sudden death – was discovered by family, an inquest heard.<\/a><\/p>\n

Aaron Hocking, 36, from Sheffield,<\/a> was pronounced dead on July 7 at his own home after taking his life in his “box bedroom”.<\/p>\n

South Yorkshire Police<\/a> were called to Aaron’s address after reports that a man had “taken his own life”. Inside, the police were met by Aaron’s father – who was believed to have initially notified the police – who told them Aaron was dead inside his bedroom.<\/p>\n

Prior to his death, CCTV of Aaron’s last sighting was collected, showing Aaron “obtaining” something from the driver of a car, before heading back into his house.<\/p>\n

Speaking today at the Sheffield Medico-Legal Centre, Assistant Coroner Ms Whittle extended her condolences to the family, explaining that the primary cause of his sudden death was due to asphyxiation.<\/p>\n
