Use the comment button on the bottom left to have your say <\/p>\n<p>Leeds posted a tweet revealing this information, teasing Lionel Messi, Julian Alvarez or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/opinion\/leeds-united-can-finally-get-rodrigo-de-paul-closure-amid-talk-of-21m-january-deal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rodrigo De Paul \u2013 once a transfer target<\/a> \u2013 as the potential answer, only to send supporters into disbelief when they named Rodon instead.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to a number of laughing emojis, one Leeds fan posted on X (previously known as Twitter): \u201cEh is this actually true? Surely not.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MORE LEEDS UNITED STORIES<\/p>\n<p>A second Leeds supporter was also left chuckling about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/news\/daniel-farke-hails-leeds-united-hero-after-record-breaking-run-hes-my-warrior\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rodon \u2013 who Daniel Farke adores<\/a> \u2013 and posted: \u201cWe are massive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A third praised these particular Argentines for being so obsessed with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/opinion\/daniel-farke-might-be-using-joe-rodon-in-the-wrong-position-at-leeds-united-as-stunning-data-emerges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rodon \u2013 one of the best passers in Europe<\/a> right now \u2013 and hailed their knowledge of football, writing: \u201cThe people of Buenos Aires know ball.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, a fourth fan posted: \u201cBrilliant to see the Rolls Royce at the tip of Argentina.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Others simply posted images or videos of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/news\/marcelo-bielsa-set-to-smash-wembley-record-despite-difficult-situation-for-leeds-united-legend\/#:~:text=When%20Bielsa%20takes%20his%20Uruguay,trips%20to%20the%20national%20stadium.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marcelo Bielsa \u2013 who is coming back to England<\/a> in March \u2013 suggesting the Argentine is responsible for Rodon\u2019s popularity in Buenos Aires, despite never coaching the defender. <\/p>\n<p>It means very little in the grand scheme of things, but it is nevertheless hilarious to discover the 28-year-old is currently more popular in Buenos Aires than any other footballer, even Messi. <\/p>\n<p>Lamine Yamal was also named on the FBREF list, and Leeds United could sign an even better dribbler than the Barcelona star<\/p>\n<p>Unsurprisingly, the precocious Lamine Yamal is also among the most viewed players in football \u2013 the Spain international is currently the most popular player in Panama City and Bogota. <\/p>\n<p>The teenager is arguably one of the best dribblers on the planet, but as it happens, Leeds could sign an even better ball-carrier this winter in Jens Petter Hauge.<\/p>\n<p>          Which player would you be happy for Leeds to sell in January to fund their transfer business?
