OpenTable has just dropped a tonne of\u00a0top-quality eating-out inspo. The ranking took into account not just the proportion of five-star reviews but also other factors like the level of demand for reservations and number of direct searches.<\/p>\n<p>The top 100 wasn\u2019t in order, instead split alphabetically by region. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">London<\/a> was the most strongly-repped region, with 50 restaurants \u2013 a full half of the list. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/manchester\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manchester<\/a> (with Greater Manchester) had the second-most with seven entries, while third place was a three-way tie between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/yorkshire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yorkshire<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/edinburgh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Edinburgh<\/a> and Midlothian, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/newcastle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newcastle<\/a> and Northumberland (all\u00a0with five entries).<\/p>\n<p>Notable inclusions were Bavette \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/uk\/news\/this-is-officially-the-best-restaurant-in-leeds-according-to-time-out-030725\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Time Out\u2019s top restaurant in Leeds<\/a> \u2013 and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/manchester\/restaurants\/skof\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Manchester\u2019s hyped Higher Ground<\/a>, as well as legendary Michelin-starred spots in the capital like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/restaurants\/core-by-clare-smyth-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CORE by Clare Smyth<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/news\/beloved-notting-hill-restaurant-the-ledbury-is-back-from-the-dead-011922\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Ledbury<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the list, OpenTable\u2019s senior director Sasha Shaker said: \u2018From exciting new names like Nina in London to much-loved local favourites such as Opheem in Birmingham and Higher Ground in Manchester, the list celebrates the fantastic spots that the UK has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Whether diners are after a happy hour menu, a certain cuisine type or spot for group dining, there\u2019s a place to match every taste and occasion.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>The 100 best UK restaurants in 2025, according to OpenTable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can find the full 100 (in alphabetical order by region) below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aberdeen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bath\/Somerset <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Berkshire <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Loch &amp;
