A new interactive map reveals the exact locations of stabbings in and around Birmingham city centre<\/a> after a another week of violence.<\/p>\n In just three days, three men – all aged in their 20s – suffered stab wounds within the city centre radius. Two were hurt in a double stabbing as a violent brawl erupted on the border of Hockley.<\/p>\n They were left in a serious but stable condition after the early hours disorder in the Summer Lane area on Saturday, December 6.<\/p>\n Read more: <\/strong>Ex-gangster to teach Birmingham kids as young as seven the ‘hard-hitting’ truth of knife crime<\/a><\/p>\n The major incident saw two cars, including a \u00a3200k supercar, <\/a>destroyed in the street – with police now probing the nature of the damage.<\/p>\n Eight people, two women and six men, were arrested on suspicion of wounding and violent disorder. They were since bailed pending further enquiries.<\/p>\n And only days apart, another man was knifed in a separate incident less than three miles away.<\/p>\n The victim, a man also in his 20s, was attacked and robbed of his jewellery<\/a> by two people near to Islington Row and Five Ways roundabout.<\/p>\n His injuries, sustained shortly after 6pm on Monday, were not thought to be life-threatening. West Midlands Police<\/a> had not made any arrests as of Wednesday and urged anyone with information to get in touch.<\/p>\n Sadly, at least 12 people – of which have been reported – have now been stabbed in or around the heart of Birmingham<\/a> this year.<\/p>\n The updated map below shows the locations of each one as police continue to investigate.<\/p>\n Last month, a teenager was left with potentially life-changing injuries after he was stabbed following a ‘social football game’ at Aston University campus.<\/p>\n Police launched an appeal for information, including a description of the attacker<\/a>, following the incident at the Aston Triangle on November 22.<\/p>\n November proved to be a particularly violent month – with a number of stabbing incidents close to the Bullring shopping centre and High Street.<\/p>\n On November 13 at around 8pm, a boy of 17 was stabbed close to the city’s landmark Bull statue.<\/a><\/p>\n Five people were arrested and three of those have been charged with wounding with intent, affray, and possession of a bladed article.<\/p>\n Two men aged 18 and 22 had been bailed with strict conditions. Earlier in November, a man was found with serious stab wounds on Clement Street<\/a>, located on the outskirts of the centre.<\/p>\n It was also tragically the month of Katie Fox’s murder <\/a>– a 34-year-old woman stabbed to death in a random bus stop attack on Smallbrook Queensway. Djeison Rafael, 21, was charged with Katie’s murder. A trial date has been set for May 5 next year.<\/p>\n And back in early October, two more 17-year-old boys were knifed in separate incidents outside Birmingham’s flagship Primark<\/a> store within the space of a week.<\/p>\n
