Kate Middleton<\/a> left a touching handwritten note to honor those who have lost their lives to cancer while making an unannounced visit to a London art installation.\n<\/p>\n Princess Kate, 43, shared a montage of moments from her visit to the Ever After Garden \u2014 a seasonal outdoor space which benefits the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity \u2014 in a video posted on the Prince and Princess of Wales’ official Instagram<\/a> on Saturday, Dec. 13.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n \u201cThank you to all those who have contributed to the Ever After Garden, which raises vital funds for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. She started her cancer treatment in February 2024 \u2014 a little over a month after she had undergone major abdominal surgery.<\/p>\n She announced that she had completed chemotherapy<\/a> in September 2024, and shared that she was officially in remission<\/a> the following January.<\/p>\n
