Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to be facing a “make-or-break” Christmas.<\/p>\n
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have missed the royal family’s Christmas celebrations consecutively for seven years ever since they stepped down from their royal roles.<\/p>\n
While their has been signs of possible reconciliation between Harry and King Charles this year, royal biographer Tom Bower claims holiday period could be isolating for the couple.<\/p>\n
Speaking with Mirror, Tom said, “Harry clearly met his father with the hope that he could ingratiate himself back into the family, but it isn\u2019t going to work, there is just no way back for him.”<\/p>\n
Adding, “Harry himself said he didn\u2019t know how long his father has got, and I think that hangs over him, but I don\u2019t think he\u2019s that high up on Charles\u2019 list of priorities.”<\/p>\n
The royal biographer went on to add, “Meghan isn\u2019t reconciled with her own family and she never wants to come back to Britain, so her relationships with both families act against Harry\u2019s own instinctive interests. The result is they are left in a very isolated place at Christmas.”<\/p>\n
On the other hand, security there has been another major block with Prince Harry repeatedly claiming that he doesn’t feel safe bringing Meghan Markle and their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet back to the UK without police protection.<\/p>\n
Notably, the royal expert has also warned that the Duchess of Sussex’s professional ventures adds more pressure, adding that her lifestyle brand and recent TV projects struggles to gain momentum. He said, “This Christmas is make-or-break time for Meghan because there are two main problems \u2013 money and profile.”<\/p>\n
He added, “Her lifestyle shows are clearly not taking off. She put on a great show in terms of looking great and pretending nothing is wrong, but the reality is it\u2019s not a great success, to say the least.”<\/p>\n
“It hinges on how much Meghan can sell at Christmas and if it doesn\u2019t sell, she has a real problem. Are people prepared to pay $32 for a jar of honey from the Duchess of Sussex?
