Dominic Calvert-Lewin is the man of the moment once again after scoring for a fourth consecutive Premier League game for Leeds United, and earning a point against Brentford. <\/strong><\/p>\n

After a tricky start at Elland Road<\/a>, Calvert-Lewin<\/a> now has five goals for Daniel Farke\u2019s<\/a> side and four in his last four. It has seen the striker earn suggestions of an England call-up, Chris Sutton doing so pre-match<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Of the four goals he has scored over the last few weeks, Sunday\u2019s was the best \u2013 albeit, not hard. He had scored tap-ins against Man City and Chelsea, and a penalty in the 3-3 comeback draw against Liverpool.<\/p>\n

He got on the end of a delectable cross from Willy Gnonto, rising above the Brentford defence to cancel out another England international\u2019s goal, scored by Jordan Henderson. Leeds fans love Calvert-Lewin.<\/p>\n

Following the 1-1 draw, which was only the second time Leeds have avoided defeat in eight Premier League games away from home, Calvert-Lewin was invited into the Sky Sports studio still in full kit.<\/p>\n

After giving the Sky Sports<\/a> panel a few minutes, Calvert-Lewin returned to the dressing room and Jamie Redknapp shared what he asked off camera before speaking. Indeed, he asked for West Ham\u2019s result.<\/p>\n

\u201cDominic rushed up here and the first thing he said was, \u2018how did West Ham get on?\u2019 That tells you the mindset,\u201d Redknapp said, clearly impressed. Certainly, Leeds fans will love Calvert-Lewin\u2019s mentality.<\/p>\n

Where Leeds United now sit in fight against relegation\u2026<\/p>\n

Despite avoiding defeat, Leeds have slipped into 17th place and yet, they have solidified their position outside of the bottom three. Nottingham Forest have leapfrogged Leeds into 16th after a win over Spurs.<\/p>\n

Leeds, meanwhile, have now gone three games unbeaten in the Premier League, and although they have slipped down the table, they have gone three points clear of 18th-placed West Ham after their defeat.<\/p>\n

Calvert-Lewin\u2019s comments will come as bitter to the Hammers, who had taken the lead twice against Aston Villa on Sunday. But like Leeds, were on the receiving end of a Morgan Rogers brace. losing 3-2.<\/p>\n

With two games left to play in 2025, Leeds will be hoping to maintain their unbeaten run when Crystal Palace come to Elland Road next Saturday. Leeds then go to high-flying Sunderland on December 28.<\/p>\n
