Former professional tennis player Eugenie Bouchard flaunted her enviably fit physique in a teeny string bikini while soaking in the sun in the British Virgin Islands.<\/p>\n

The Canadian \u2014 she hails from Montreal \u2014 mostly stayed in the shade in her photo drop, although one last pic did show the strong sun rays on her face as she held up a tropical fruit snack.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot not having fun,\u201d she captioned the Monday, December 15 Instagram post.<\/p>\n

Bouchard retired from professional tennis this past summer after a successful career, once ranking No. 5 in the world. She won hearts when she gave an emotional farewell speech after her final match, at the National Bank Open in Montreal, where she grew up. The athlete has since turned to pickleball.<\/p>\n

The Canadian\u2019s peak year was 2014, when she reached the Australian Open semifinals at age 20 and the finals at Wimbledon. She was the first Canadian to play for the country in a Grand Slam singles final. Prior to that, she was the 20212 Wimbledon junior champion and the 2013 WTA Newcomer of the Year.<\/p>\n
