Train services in Glasgow<\/a> have been cancelled after waves smashed over the sea wall in Saltcoats, disrupting overhead lines.<\/p>\n Network Rail shared a video on social media showing water surging over the barrier and onto the Glasgow Central<\/a> to Largs\/Ardrossan route on Wednesday.<\/p>\n Services<\/a> between Kilwinning and Largs\/Ardrossan have been suspended until conditions improve.<\/p>\n When seawater comes into contact with overhead line equipment, it can cause the power to trip.
