This is due to a major change they will be making to the game due to conclusions made after internal testing and feedback from fans.<\/p>\n<p>What is happening with Terminator: Survivors?<\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/news\/app\/2617340\/view\/624439505179377725\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">post<\/a> from Nacon Studio Milan creative director Marco Ponte, he stated that in order to create an authentic Terminator experience, they have decided \u201cput aside the cooperative multiplayer,\u201d making <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comingsoon.net\/games\/news\/1783937-terminator-survivors-video-details-making-of-open-world-survival-game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terminator: Survivors<\/a> now a single-player only experience. The studio believes \u201cit is the right creative direction for an uncompromising vision of the world after Judgment Day.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Nacon\u2019s original plans were to release Terminator: Survivors in early access. However, the studio has now decided to launch the game when it is fully complete.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve also had to overhaul our release plans, instead of launching in early access,\u00a0we want your first steps into the wasteland to be a complete and polished experience,\u201d says Ponte. \u201cYou might have guessed already, but that means Terminator: Survivors won\u2019t be launching in 2025. We don\u2019t have a new date locked in, but we\u2019ll let you know when we\u2019re ready to share a new release date.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fans who want to give their feedback can sign up for closed playtests of Terminator: Survivors. This will give players several opportunities to check out the game before it is fully released.
