Buckingham Palace has not revealed what type of cancer the king has, but it is understood that he does not have prostate cancer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Shortly thereafter, Charles\u2019 daughter-in-law Kate Middleton received a cancer diagnosis of her own, which she revealed last March.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The princess announced in September <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/09\/09\/world-news\/kate-middleton-announces-she-is-cancer-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">that she is \u201ccancer free\u201d <\/a>after completing a course of preventative chemotherapy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>King Charles is <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/12\/20\/entertainment\/king-charles-cancer-treatment-will-continue-into-the-new-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">still undergoing treatment<\/a> for his cancer.
