Maria Kozakou and Giorgos Kapoutzidis will <a href=\"https:\/\/eurovoix.com\/2025\/03\/21\/maria-kozakou-giorgos-kapoutzidis-return-as-eurovision-commentators\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">return<\/a> as the Greek commentators. On the radio broadcast, Dimitris Meidanis will join the commentary during the ad breaks with interviews and facts from Eurovision history.<\/p>\n<p>For the first time ever, ERT will provide a broadcast with accessibility services. In a separate stream on ERTFLIX, all of the songs will be subtitled into Greek. The broadcast will also be interpreted into Greek Sign Language and the commentators have been instructed to add elements of audio description to their commentary.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside broadcasting the live shows, ERT 1 will air a warm-up show called Eurovision Night before each live show. Jenny Melita will present the show, which will feature music, exclusive interviews, live connections from Basel and many guests.<\/p>\n<p>Klavdia\u2019s staging in Basel is based on the theme of separation. This separation has a different meaning for everyone, in their personal path that leads to the Light.<\/p>\n<p>The creative team for Klavdia\u2019s performance is composed of: Christos Maganas (videography), Deux Hommes (fashion designer), Yiannis Mourikis (set designer) and Giorgos Tellos (lights).<\/p>\n<p>In another first, viewers in Greece will be able to vote in the second semi-final and the final online through www.esc.vote, as well as voting by phone or SMS. Greece is the second country this year to introduce online voting, following <a href=\"https:\/\/eurovoix.com\/2025\/04\/30\/montenegro-online-voting-introduced-for-eurovision-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Montenegro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Greek spokesperson for Eurovision 2025 will be Jenny Theona. Jenny is an actress and presenter. She currently stars in the ERT 1 drama series Mam\u00e1 sta krif\u00e1 (Mum in secret) and presents Mama-des on ERT 2.<\/p>\n<p>Klavdia was chosen to represent Greece at Eurovision 2025 with \u201cAsterom\u00e1ta\u201d. Three years later Greece earned their first top 5 finish with Paschalis, Marianna, Robert, and Bessy who finished in 5th place with \u201cMathima solfege\u201d. In 2001, Greece achieved their first top 3 placing with Antique and the song \u201cI Would Die For You\u201d. The song became a European hit and charted across the continent. In 2005, Helena Paparizou returned to the Eurovision stage as a solo artist and brought Greece their first, and to date only, victory.
