The close, clear bond between Prince George and King Charles is subtly on display in the Wales Family Christmas Card.<\/p>\n

The picture, which was taken in April 2025, showed Princess Kate and Prince William with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.<\/p>\n

George was seen wearing a blue beaded bracelet on his wrist, with the accessory holding a deeper significance for his relationships with other members of the Royal Family.<\/p>\n

The accessory goes hand in hand with King Charles wearing a woven, orange and red garment during a visit to the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in London.<\/p>\n

The act demonstrates the close bond between the pair.<\/p>\n

The King also wore a similar accessory during a visit to Guernsey alongside Queen Camilla last year.<\/p>\n

It is believed to have been made by his granddaughter, Charlotte, inspired by a tradition at pop singer Taylor Swift’s concerts.<\/p>\n

The princess was seen wearing one in a similar pattern while at Wimbledon last summer.<\/p>\n

Charlotte wore two of the threaded bracelets, one with several shades and another with green, blue and pink fabric.<\/p>\n

George wore it for his 11th and 12th birthday portraits, as well as during the Euro 2024 final with William in Berlin.<\/p>\n

Friendship bracelets have grown in popularity since last summer, driven by Taylor Swift’s tour.<\/p>\n

The photoshoot of the family by Josh Shinner was done in Norfolk ahead of Prince Louis’ seventh birthday.<\/p>\n

The Prince and Princess of Wales have used pictures from the photoshoot to mark Prince George and Prince Louis’ birthdays this year.<\/p>\n

They also shared an image of Prince William with his three children for Father’s Day.<\/p>\n

This year, King and Queen opted for a portrait marking their 20th wedding anniversary, captured at Villa Wolkonsky, the British ambassador’s residence in Rome, by photographer Chris Jackson for their Christmas card.<\/p>\n

The image showed the couple smiling in the grounds of the residence during their State Visit to Italy earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Charles wore a blue pinstripe suit complemented by a grey tie and silk pocket square.<\/p>\n

Camilla chose a white and beige coat dress by Anna Valentine for the photograph, accessorised with the Lily of the Valley brooch, a Faberg\u00e9 piece previously owned by the Queen Mother.<\/p>\n
