Jeremy Clarkson<\/a> has said he\u2019s less worried about war with Russia and Chinese spies than he is about who the next Prime Minister will be.<\/p>\n

In an article for The Times<\/a>, Clarkson has dismissed potential political threats from Russia, China or tech billionaires and said he is more worried about who may replace Sir Keir Starmer.<\/p>\n

He mused, \u201cI\u2019m far more worried about who will replace Starmer after his backbenchers feed him to the great whites.<\/p>\n

The Top Gear<\/a> star made headlines at the start of the month for banning Labour MPs from his pub, The Farmer\u2019s Dog, after a long track record of expressing his distaste for the Labour government.<\/p>\n

He announced that the Prime Minister is banned from the establishment and has since stretched the ban to include over 400 Labour<\/a> MPs.<\/p>\n

Jeremy Clarkson has made no secret of his disdain for Angela Rayner and Sir Keir Starmer (PA Archive)<\/p>\n

This comes in protest of what he refers to as the party\u2019s \u201cBudget tax-grab.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clarkson explained: \u201cThe word is that Rayner and Miliband will form a dreadful double act, and imagine how much havoc they could unleash before the next election.\u201d<\/p>\n

He claimed that Angela Rayner<\/a> would likely face her professional demise under the markets, the same fate that befell Liz Truss.<\/p>\n

This comes after insiders suggested that Starmer and Rachel Reeves are demonstrating a \u201cpanicked bunker mentality\u201d and might be out of Downing Street<\/a> in months.<\/p>\n

Clarkson agreed that the market should expect a bigger crash than anything the country has seen before \u2013 a claim pushed by some insiders.<\/p>\n

However, he caveats it by adding that just like previous fiscal crises, the \u201ctidal wave of awfulness\u201d will come to pass as they did in 1975, 1982, 1991, and 2008.<\/p>\n

Clarkson has been a long-time critic of the Labour leader. Ahead of the 2024 election, he joked that he\u2019d rather vote for his dog than Sir Keir<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He concluded the article by reassuring readers that \u201ceverything will be fine\u201d and encouraged them to take time to listen to the bird, the wind, and take a break from technology.<\/p>\n
