The bizarre moment when a man dressed as the Grinch was “given a ticket” in Edinburgh city centre<\/a> was caught on video. Footage showed the man waiting as a female officer<\/a> appeared to write him up for an alleged offence.<\/p>\n In the video – which was shared on TikTok<\/a> – the man dressed in a Santa suit with green Grinch legs can be seen standing next to a tricked-out bumper car, complete with Christmas lights and tinsel. The caption reads: “Only in Scotland!
