The country&#8217;s most popular music festival opens on June 19 &#8211; the same day Scotland play at the huge competition in North America.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The Verve&#8217;s Richard Ashcroft is set to headline the first day of the weekend music extravaganza. However, the <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailyrecord.co.uk\/sport\/football\/football-news\/lewis-morgan-lifts-lid-san-36431148\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Scotland national teamLink opens in a new tab.\" rel=\"follow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Scotland national team<\/a> play Morocco in their second match of the much-anticipated tournament at 11pm that night, UK time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">That time is TRNSMT&#8217;s normal curfew, with the headliner typically taking to the stage from around 9.30pm-11pm. DF Concerts boss <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailyrecord.co.uk\/all-about\/trnsmt\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Geoff Ellis Link opens in a new tab.\" rel=\"follow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Geoff Ellis <\/a>has now said all options are being considered to give fans time to watch the match.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The tournament is the first time Scotland have played at the World Cup in 28 years. Other acts playing on the Friday include Wolf Alice, Nile Rodgers and the Beta Band.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Scotland scored two dramatic stoppage-time goals to beat 10-man Denmark 4-2 at Hampden Park in November to reach the World Cup for the first time since 1998. They were drawn against Brazil, Morocco and Haiti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">They will kick off their tournament against Haiti on June 14 before playing Morocco five days later.
