Officers were chasing a suspected stolen vehicle on Sunday evening (December 21).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Footage circulating online shows an unmarked Volkswagen with its blue flashing lights on. The <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk\/all-about\/greater-manchester-police\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Greater Manchester Police<\/a> car appears to then overtake another car in the moments before the collision.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Sparks could be seen flying while the car appeared to be on its side after completing the manoeuvre, before landing back on its wheels. It said officers had been pursuing a suspected stolen vehicle at around 8.15pm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Only minor injuries were reported following the crash.
