Aaron Dingle<\/a> and Robert Sugden<\/a> have faced no end of obstacles in their relationship – and it seems yet another is on the horizon.<\/p>\n

Tonight’s episode<\/a> of Emmerdale<\/a> saw Ross Barton<\/a> confront the pair for contacting Angela Reynolds in an attempt to get Seb, Robert’s son<\/a>, back in their lives.<\/p>\n

Ross demanded to know what he was playing at, pointing out that Robert signed his son away and that he has been more of a dad to Seb than he has.<\/p>\n

“This isn’t about Seb, this is about you two,” Ross shouted, saying that if they want what is best for him, to “leave him alone” before storming out of the house.<\/p>\n

Robert lamented that maybe Ross has a point, appearing defeated after struggling with the difficulties of not seeing his son.<\/p>\n

Aaron followed Ross and confronted him for getting into Robert’s head, with Ross saying he “won’t stand by and watch them ruin Seb’s life because they got bored”.<\/p>\n

Aaron called Robert following the confrontation, and the soap switched to the viewpoint of someone in the bushes. Aaron got in the car, noticing the car’s windshield has been smashed and immediately accused Ross.<\/p>\n

Ross spoke to his brother Lewis, saying that giving Seb up was the “hardest thing he’s ever done” and that he felt like he wasn’t only letting Seb down, but his ex-girlfriend and Seb’s mother, Rebecca White<\/a>, too.<\/p>\n

Aaron accused Ross of smashing up his car, which Aaron denied, and Aaron instead hurled abuse at Ross. <\/p>\n

He simply responded that if Aaron spoke to him like that again, he will do “a lot worse” than damaging a vehicle, seemingly incriminating himself.<\/p>\n

When Robert returned home to assess the damage, he was sure it was Ross who had done the damage, and his thoughts immediately turned to revenge.<\/p>\n

However, it wasn’t Ross that smashed the windscreen, as we soon saw Kevin Townsend lurking in the shadows<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Kevin arrived in the ITV soap earlier this year, stunning fans after it was revealed that he was Robert’s estranged husband, whom he married in prison<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kevin was shocked when he discovered Robert and Aaron had reunited<\/a> behind his back and had recently attacked Robert<\/a> during a confrontation in their flat.<\/p>\n

He fled the village shortly after, but now he’s back, what trouble could he bring to Robert and Aaron’s doorstep, particularly if they regain contact with Seb? <\/p>\n

Emmerdale<\/strong> airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on <\/strong>ITVX<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
