A dogwalker has expressed her fury after discovering a smashed-up caravan in a North Wales beauty spot. The woman discovered the destroyed vehicle on a hillside and condemned those responsible for the “eyesore”.<\/p>\n

Photographs show the scene on Moel Unben mountain above Llanfair Talhaiarn near Abergele<\/a>. The dogwalker, who does not wish to be named, was walking in the area recently when she came across the caravan. She said: “It’s at the top of the mountain.<\/p>\n

“It looks as if someone has gone offroading with the caravan. It’s as if they have decided to pull it and zoom around the mountain with it (behind them). Join the North Wales Live Whatsapp community now<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

“It’s like they have thought ‘How fast can we go? How long will it last?'”<\/p>\n

The walker said it looks like a decorator’s documents may be among the rubbish. She added: “Paint trays from inside the caravan are scattered around and there’s a chassis at the bottom (of the slope).”<\/p>\n

The walker criticised whoever is responsible, saying: “It’s an eyesore. It’s not being thoughtful for the countryside.”<\/p>\n

The walker posted the pictures on Facebook<\/a> prompting an angry response to the flytippers. “A lot of people in Llanfair TH have expressed their anger. Someone suggested putting up cameras,” she said.<\/p>\n

The walker reported the incident and was told it may be Crown Estate land not owned by the local council.
