A large amount of cannabis was discovered following a raid at a Walsall<\/a> home.<\/p>\n

Officers from West Midlands Police<\/a> \u2019s Priority Crime Team executed a warrant at a property in Herbert Road, a residential street in Aldridge, in an early morning raid on Monday, December 22.<\/p>\n

Inside, officers found a large amount of cannabis, suspected cannabis vapes and synthetics as well as cash stashed in an outbuilding.<\/p>\n

Police arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of dealing cannabis.<\/p>\n

He was in police custody and being questioned by officers.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: \u201cWe seized a quantity of cannabis and arrested a man for drugs offences after executing a warrant in Aldridge.<\/p>\n

\u201cOfficers from our Priority Crime Team carried out the warrant at an address on Herbert Road on Monday morning, shortly after 7am. We seized a large amount of cannabis, suspected cannabis vapes and synthetics as well as cash from an outbuilding.<\/p>\n

\u201cA 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B. He remains in custody as we continue with our enquiries.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sgt Jason Pinches, the Priority Crime Team supervisor, said: \u201cThis was an excellent seizure where a large amount of cannabis was seized and one man arrested.<\/p>\n
