\n Scott Smith, from Todholm Primary School in Paisley, was named the winner of Neil Bibby MSP\u2019s competition for his design of a festive-themed Paisley town hall.\n<\/p>\n
\n Neil Bibby, who represents West Scotland, visited Scott at school to present him with a certificate and a prize.\n<\/p>\n
\n The MSP also extended his commendation to the runners-up, Diana Maria Kwiecien from St Fergus\u2019 Primary and Olivia Crawford from Ralston Primary.\n<\/p>\n

\n Mr Bibby said: “I was delighted to present Scott with a prize to congratulate him for his absolutely fantastic winning design for my Christmas card competition.”\n<\/p>\n
\n “Our children and young people are so talented and the standard this year was so high, but of course, there could only be one winner \u2013 and Scott\u2019s work was outstanding.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cPoliticians across the country do this and Scott\u2019s design is genuinely the best I\u2019ve ever seen.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I would like to congratulate runners-up Diana and Olivia for their fantastic designs too and to thank all pupils who took part.”\n<\/p>\n

\n In recognition of his win, Scott said: “I would like to thank Mr Bibby for choosing my design as the winner of his competition.\n<\/p>\n
