The incident happened on the M6 northbound between junctions J32 and J33.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Inrix, the traffic monitoring service, said earlier this afternoon: &#8220;All traffic being temporarily held and queueing traffic due to accident on M6 Northbound between J32 M55 (Broughton Interchange) and J33 A6 Preston Lancaster Road (Lancaster South \/ Garstang)&#8221;. Traffic has since been released, but delays remain and some lanes are still closed. Inrix wrote at approximately 5.30pm: &#8220;Long delays and partially blocked due to accident on M6 Northbound between J32 M55 (Broughton Interchange) and J33 A6 Preston Lancaster Road (Lancaster South \/ Garstang).&#8221; National Highways said the delays are due to an &#8220;overturned vehicle&#8221; on lane one.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>THIS IS A LIVE BLOG.
