Aji Alese, who has fallen down the pecking order having last played in 2024-25, is slowly making a recovery from his long-term injury.

Luke O’Nien is suspended for the match, having been sent off against Man City earlier this month. Chemsdine Talbi was also an unused sub for hosts Morocco.

Then, today, Reinildo Mandava and Bertrand Traore are in action for Mozambique and Burkina Faso. That means Sunderland will definitely be without eight players when they host Leeds, 11 missing in total.

 Join Our Newsletter

Receive a digest of our best Leeds content each week direct to your mailbox

[8814
748,1385,393,4884,1860,56891,16,15
0":"post-653222","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-leeds","8":"tag-britain","9":"tag-daniel-farke","10":"tag-england","11":"tag-great-britain","12":"tag-leeds","13":"tag-regis-le-bris","14":"tag-uk","15":"tag-united-kingdom
["GET
