The local people of Birmingham have been asked “what’s the craziest thing you’ve ever seen in Birmingham<\/a>?” to which there was a plethora of interesting answers.<\/p>\n Social media user, Birmingham Updates, took the challenge upon themselves to find out what residents would really class as the “craziest” sight they’ve ever seen.<\/p>\n Standing outside New Street station, two locals told the interview their “craziest” memory of Birmingham happened near St. Martin’s Church.<\/p>\n READ MORE: Fans hail Next \u00a336 leather sandals as ‘comfy’ with ‘lovely, wide fit’ – and they come in three colours<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n The interviewee said: “I was down by St. Martin’s Church near the Bullring, and there was somebody outside for six hours just playing the steel drums, non-stop all day.”<\/p>\n Another resident shared seeing dancers on the ramp outside of the train station had to be the “craziest” sight she had seen in Birmingham.<\/p>\n She said: “Down there are some dancers ‘doing a madness’ or on TikTok Live.”<\/p>\n The final interviewee claimed her maddest memory of the city was when she was enjoying a drink outside, soaking up some sun.<\/p>\n She said: “I was once day drinking and I saw a furry convention walk by, and when you’re drunk that is something very strange to be witnessing.”<\/p>\n Furries are “enthusiasts for animal characters with human characteristics, in particular a person who dresses up in costume as such a character or uses one as an avatar online,” according to the Oxford English Dictionary.<\/p>\n
