an early morning attack on Christmas Eve.<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened at Queens Park, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thescottishsun.co.uk\/where\/glasgow\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"in the Wire<\/p>\n<p>Cops have since taped off a large area of the park, as enquiries are on-going.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thescottishsun.co.uk\/topic\/police-scotland\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Police Scotland (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Police Scotland<\/a> said officers would remain in the area while they establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.<\/p>\n<p>A source said that safety lights installed throughout the park were not working during the night in question.<\/p>\n<p>A <a confirm<\/a> whether the victim was male or female.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s understood no arrests have been made so far.<\/p>\n<p>A number of women have been subjected to sexual assaults in the popular noopener\">Moira Jones<\/a>, 40, who was abducted yards from her home and forced into the park where she was raped and murdered.<\/p>\n<p>Her body was discovered by a park ranger behind a privet hedge
