Bryn Williams<\/p>\n

A body has been found in the search for missing Co Down man Bryn Williams.<\/p>\n

The Community Rescue Service (CRS) from Belfast has confirmed that a member of the public discovered the body in the North Down coastal area on Boxing Day.<\/p>\n

The PSNI stated: \u201cPolice can confirm that the body of a man was found in Groomsport earlier today, Friday 26th December.<\/p>\n

\u201cFormal identification will take place in due course; however the family of missing person Bryn Williams has been made aware.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Williams was last seen in his home town of Groomsport on Saturday, December 6.<\/a><\/p>\n

A spokesperson for the CRS said that for the past number of days, they \u201chad been deployed to the area alongside NISAR colleagues from Coastguard, PSNI, RNLI and Search & Rescue Dog Association – SARDA Ireland North to an ongoing search.<\/p>\n
