Merseyside Police have urged the public to call 999 if they see a 78-year-old man missing from home in Liverpool. Police have launched an urgent appeal to find him, after he went missing this morning.<\/p>\n
Thomas Lang, who is also known as Tommy, was last seen in the area of Bulford Road in Aintree<\/a> at around 10am today, Friday December 26. It is possible he caught the number 19 Stagecoach bus service to either Liverpool or Kirkby<\/a>.<\/p>\n He is described as a white man, of thin build, 5ft 5in tall, with thin, greying hair and wearing glasses and hearing aids. He also has faded tattoos on his left hand and arm.<\/p>\n When last seen he was wearing a dark blue\/beige jacket with shoulder patches, a grey jumper, grey jogging bottoms and blue\/grey shoes. He was also carrying a dark coloured walking stick.<\/p>\n He is known to frequent Kirkby town centre and Liverpool city centre<\/a>, including Church Street and Liverpool One.<\/p>\n If you see him, please call 999 so police can make sure he’s safe.
