The loan will not be formally confirmed until it receives the final valuation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">That final valuation is estimated to be around \u00a3800m, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/ec9ac8eb-adce-43b1-914d-c2a7a381bf0d\" class=\"ssrcss-f6h2dj-InlineLink e1kn3p7n0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Financial Times, external<\/a>, citing unnamed officials.
