Stardust<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>Claire Danes was pictured filming for Stardust in Elm HIll (Image: Newsquest)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <strong>Filming location:<\/strong> <strong>Elm Hill, Norwich<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The Briton&#8217;s Arms in Elm Hill was transformed into The Slaughtered Prince for the fantasy film starring Claire Danes and released in 2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Extra thatched awning was added along with unique paintwork and the rest of Elm Hill also featured as a street scene.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Other cast members include Michelle Pfeiffer, Mark Strong, Henry Cavill and Robert De Niro.\n<\/p>\n<p>  2. Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>Elm Hill was transformed into a Victorian style winter setting for the filming of the musical Jingle Jangle (Image: Denise Bradley)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <strong>Filming location: Elm Hill, Norwich<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Also shot on the historic Elm Hill was the Netflix Christmas film Jingle Jangle.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The street was given a Victorian winter makeover in June 2019 and transformed into the fantasy town of Cobbleton, the home of Jangle and Things toy shop.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Owned by toymaker Jeronicus Jangle, played by award-winning actor Forest Whitaker, he finally finishes a ground-breaking invention, but it is stolen by his apprentice Gustafson.\n<\/p>\n<p>  3 and 4. Wicked and Wicked: For Good<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>The Norfolk tulip fields near Sandringham feature in Wicked and Wicked: For Good (Image: Supplied)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <strong>Filming location: Norfolk Tulips, King&#8217;s Lynn<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Norfolk Tulips, near Sandringham, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.edp24.co.uk\/news\/24795909.norfolk-tulip-field-trending-featuring-wicked-movie\/?ref=ed_direct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">featured in the opening credits of the first Wicked film<\/a>, which stars Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo and Jonathan Bailey and was released in November 2024.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Its follow-up, Wicked: For Good, was released in November 2025, and fans of the location were delighted to see the beautiful Norfolk landscape featuring far more prominently in several scenes.\n<\/p>\n<p>  5. Jack the Giant Slayer<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img   width=\"100%\"\/>Norwich Cathedral featured in Jack the Giant Slayer (Image: Lesley Buckley\/iwitness)\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <strong>Filming location: Norwich Cathedral<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  In the Kingdom of Cloister, Jack, a young farm boy, is fascinated by the legend of Erik, an ancient king who defeated an army of invading giants from a realm in the sky by controlling them with a magical crown.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Scenes were shot within Norwich Cathedral for the film, which starred Nicholas Holt, Stanley Tucci, Ewan McGregor and Bill Nighy.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  During filming in Norwich, a number of people reported seeing McGregor outside the cathedral.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Here are some of the most magical. 1.
