Picture: CRAIG THOMAS FAW<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grassroots North Wales Manager of the Year \u2013 men\u2019s football<br \/>Michael Wilde (Colwyn Bay)<\/p>\n<p>2025 record as Bay manager<br \/>Matches: 39<br \/>Wins: 24; Draws: 7; Defeats: 8<br \/>Honours: JD Cymru North title 2024-25<br \/>Progress: Currently in Cymru Premier top 5 and into Welsh Cup quarter-finals<\/p>\n<p>After leading his side to the Cymru North title last season followed by an impressive start to life in the Cymru Premier in the present campaign, <strong>Michael Wilde is our Grassroots North Wales men\u2019s team Manager of the Year for 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Former Connah\u2019s Quay Nomads and The New Saints striker Wilde, <strong>fourth highest scorer in Welsh Premier history with 235 goals<\/strong>, was appointed Bay boss in May 2024.
