The Peacocks thus join fellow Premier League side, West Ham United, who have also been tracking the Argentine forward since the summer.<\/p>\n<p>Flamengo\u2019s Interest &amp; Lazio\u2019s Asking Price<\/p>\n<p>In recent days, Lazio reportedly turned down an offer from Flamengo for Castellanos, as it was deemed too low. The Italian capital side is only willing to negotiate bids starting from \u20ac25 million.
