\n “I\u2019ve been in contact with council officers, and they are currently in dispute with Caledonia Water Alliance, who are disputing responsibility for the damage at this location.\n<\/p>\n
\n “This includes the overgrown and unusable footpath, as well as the muddy, flooded and damaged road surface.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Unfortunately, due to the Christmas shutdown, this matter cannot progress further until the New Year.\n<\/p>\n
\n “That said, I am continuing to push for this to be resolved as quickly as possible once offices reopen.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Residents should not be left with unsafe or unusable infrastructure, and I will be pressing for accountability and remedial works.\n<\/p>\n
