Mercedes<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Thrust made no plea at a private hearing in Glasgow Sheriff Court and was represented by his lawyer Greg Cunningham.<\/p>\n<p>He was remanded in custody and pending further examination by Sheriff David Taylor.<\/p>\n<p>Thrust, who has no fixed abode, will appear at court again within the next eight days.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thescottishsun.co.uk\/news\/15732286\/man-died-christmas-scots-city-tributes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">We told how Mr Kennedy was found injured <\/a>on Napiershall Street at around 11.40pm.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMost read in The Scottish Sun\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>He was taken to Queen Elizabeth <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thescottishsun.co.uk\/topic\/university\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thescottishsun.co.uk\/topic\/hospital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hospital<\/a> by medics before he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p>A tribute from friends after his death said: \u201cRest easy my good friend taken from our streets but not our hearts. Gutted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While another tribute wrote: \u201cWhat a gem of a boy he was honestly. Can\u2019t believe it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And a third said: \u201cSo sad, what a horrible world we live in. RIP. Poor guy.
