Alan Shearer quipped that Premier League fans shouldn’t get too excited now that Florian Wirtz has netted his maiden Liverpool goal, given it came against the division’s bottom-placed outfit. Speaking to BBC Sport over the weekend, the 22-year-old expressed: “It was very nice the feeling on the pitch with the fans around.
