Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor<\/a> was spotted on Monday near Windsor Castle after he was barred from the royal family’s annual Christmas celebration at Sandringham<\/a>, which occurred days earlier. In a new photo, the former Prince can be seen<\/a> behind the wheel of his car.<\/p>\n His daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, have remained in the Windsor dynasty’s good graces following Andrew’s banishment. Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease, and he will move to alternative private accommodation.
