for a spot in a suite at their ambitious new stadium.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Blues <a href=\"https:\/\/talksport.com\/football\/3753555\/jude-bellingham-birmingham-return-3bn-stadium-plans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced plans for the proposed venue,<\/a> set to cost a staggering \u00a33billion, in November.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Blues roof.<\/p>\n<p>According to The Telegraph, another notable inclusion is a proposed &#8216;chairman&#8217;s suite&#8217;, which is said to be in the style of a nightclub.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/football\/2025\/12\/31\/birmingham-city-blues-tom-wagner-interview-tom-brady\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"The report adds (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"nofollow noreferrer noopener\">The report adds<\/a> the suite will be largely used to &#8216;entertain commercial partners&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/talksport.com\/sport\/football\/team\/113013\/birmingham-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Championship outfit<\/a> have welcomed a number of commercial partners since Knighthead Capital took ownership in July 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Read more EFL news<\/p>\n<p>Delta Air Lines, streetwear brand Undefeated and Vertu Motors are just three of the companies to have jumped on board following the ownership change.<\/p>\n<p>With the Blues making no secret of their desire to return to the Premier League coupled with their plans to move into the new stadium in time for the 2030\/31 campaign, interest in future commercial partnerships is likely to skyrocket.<\/p>\n<p>The venue, which has been named &#8216;The Powerhouse Stadium&#8217;, is set to boast a 62,000-seat capacity.<\/p>\n<p>Should there be no other major stadium expansions before Birmingham&#8217;s venue opens, the mooted capacity would mean the Blues will have the fourth-largest stadium in English club football.<\/p>\n<p>Only Manchester United &#8211; who have already <a href=\"https:\/\/talksport.com\/football\/3592464\/man-united-new-stadium-design-old-trafford-cost\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unveiled plans for a new stadium of their own<\/a> &#8211; West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur will have bigger stadiums once Birmingham&#8217;s is complete.<\/p>\n<p>The Blues also href=\"https:\/\/talksport.com\/football\/3829611\/birmingham-city-stadium-share-rugby-efl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">could share their stadium with a rugby team.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A Guardian report claimed the Rugby Football Union (RFU) had been approached about basing a Prem Rugby team in the second city.<\/p>\n<p>At present, the city&#8217;s best-placed rugby team is Birmingham Moseley, who operate in the third tier of English rugby.<\/p>\n<p>Birmingham play their home fixtures at St Andrew\u2019s and have done so since 1906.<\/p>\n<p>However, the historic ground has not witnessed Premier League football since the 2010\/11 campaign when the Blues finished 18th in the top flight.<\/p>\n<p>The club spent the next 13 seasons in the Championship, but never finished above 17th in
