Planned capital costs include \u00a3282,000 on Brixham Harbour regeneration and \u00a395,000 towards the replacement of the Torquay Town Dock.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ssrcss-1q0x1qg-Paragraph e1jhz7w10\">The council plans to spend \u00a3450,000 on harbour repairs and maintenance and \u00a3230,000 on security and CCTV.
