Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed Aston Villa loanee Harvey Elliott\u2019s response to an \u2018offer\u2019 as he prepares to return to Liverpool.<\/p>\n

But I don\u2019t think it\u2019s going to be that costly for Villa to do it.
