\n The entertainment destination has donated a total of \u00a32000 to two organisations, with\u00a0Social Care charity Quarriers and the Rotary Club of Renfrew each receiving \u00a31000.\n<\/p>\n
\n The donation is especially timely for Quarriers, following the recent launch of its Brain Injury Community Support Service.\n<\/p>\n
\n This service provides crucial support to people across Renfrewshire and surrounding areas who have been affected by brain injuries caused by incidents such as stroke, addiction, sports injuries and vehicle accidents.\n<\/p>\n
\n Louise Strachan, events and community fundraiser at Quarriers, said: “We\u2019re extremely grateful to GRID Braehead for this generous donation.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Contributions like this enable us to reach more people, provide vital assistance, and ensure individuals and families affected by brain injury are not facing these challenges alone.”\n<\/p>\n
\n The donation also marks the second consecutive year that Renfrew Rotary has received support from the shopping centre.\n<\/p>\n

\n “Supporting Renfrew Rotary for a second year running reflects the strength of our local partnerships and our commitment to making a lasting difference within the community.\n<\/p>\n
\n “These organisations are doing extraordinary work, and we\u2019re inspired by their dedication to supporting people when they need it most.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Jack Winch, president of the Rotary Club of Renfrew, said: “GRID Braehead\u2019s continued support for a second year highlights the power of strong local partnerships.”\n<\/p>\n
\n GRID Braehead has a history of charitable giving.\n<\/p>\n
\n In 2024, it supported St Vincent\u2019s Hospice and its charity partner, Glasgow Children\u2019s Charity Hospital.\n<\/p>\n
