{"id":675492,"date":"2026-01-05T13:40:12","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T13:40:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/675492\/"},"modified":"2026-01-05T13:40:12","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T13:40:12","slug":"deloitte-set-to-move-midlands-operation-to-paradise-birmingham","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/675492\/","title":{"rendered":"Deloitte set to move Midlands operation to Paradise Birmingham"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tX<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/full-logo-white.png\" alt=\"The Business Desk\"\/><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRegister for free to receive latest news stories direct to your inbox<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebusinessdesk.com\/register\/\" class=\"btn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Register<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Accounting giant Deloitte will be making One Centenary Way its new home in Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p>The firm will take up occupation of the seventh and eighth floors in One Centenary Way, totalling 46,000 sq ft, and expects to move from its current offices at 4 Brindleyplace in the autumn of 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The Midlands is home to one of the Deloitte\u2019s largest UK practices outside of London, employing more than 1,000 people in the region.<\/p>\n<p>This relocation follows Deloitte office moves across the UK over the past two years, including in Aberdeen, Belfast, Bristol, and Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>Juliet Halfhead, practice senior partner at Deloitte Midlands, said: \u201cOne Centenary Way will become an integral part of our offering in the Midlands to our clients, partners and visitors, and will be the perfect environment for our people to grow and develop their skills and careers with us.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBirmingham continues to transform, and we\u2019re looking forward to moving into a modern, sophisticated and environmentally conscious building that encapsulates that feeling of progress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs a firm, we\u2019re involved with some of the most exciting and ambitious projects in the region, particularly in real estate, and our new space will be a fantastic base from which to continue that work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A statement from Deloitte said the new space aligns with the firm\u2019s World Climate ambitions, as One Centenary Way is reportedly one of the city\u2019s most sustainable buildings.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s also one of Birmingham\u2019s largest contemporary commercial buildings, encompassing 280,000 sq ft in total.
