Together the couple is parents to 4 kids.Penn and Domino got married in 2017, making him a stepfather to her son Cassius. However, it wasn\u2019t easy for Penn and Domino. The couple experienced two miscarriages before welcoming their first baby boy. They were also on the verge of splitting up but then life looked up for them.While they welcomed their first boy in 2020, in 2025, after giving birth to twins, he mentioned about taking a paternity leave for his book Crushmore. In November 2025, during an appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, the actor called the experience of having twins \u201cinsane compared to one,\u201d and joked that by contrast, \u201cone is like zero.\u201dTalking about their childrens\u2019 lives, Penn and Domino have always maintained privacy and not bring them in the spotlight. They haven\u2019t even revealed the names of their boy. In Jimmy Fallon\u2019s show, Penn cleared the air of his first boy\u2019s name James, which was doing the rounds. He shared that James is not his name and they will eventually reveal the names when the time is right.Talking about parenting, he shared, \u201cthe most immeasurable thing in existence. It\u2019s phenomenal how much care children take.\u201dHe also spoke about having a night time nurse, who assists the couple in helping the twins most of the time. Talking about the challenges, he said in the podcast, \u201cWe\u2019re hands-on parents. But the more kids we have, the more we understand. It&#8217;s like we really want to be doing all of the parenting things and then it&#8217;s the other stuff that we need help with, you know.
