Amanda Seyfried<\/a> was confused about one part of Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/a>‘s message to Kylie Jenner<\/a> at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n When he won Best Actor for Marty Supreme at the award ceremony held Sunday, Jan. 4, Chalamet, 30, concluded his acceptance speech by professing his love for Jenner<\/a>, whom he called “my partner of three years.”<\/p>\n “Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you. (Hamnet’s Jessie Buckley ultimately won that category<\/a>.) Both Seyfried and Chalamet were in the 2015 Christmas movie Love the Coopers.<\/p>\n Chalamet, who kissed Jenner before going onstage to accept his win, admitted he was “more nervous than I thought I’d be” in his speech, as he also shined a light on his fellow nominees in the category, Leonardo DiCaprio<\/a>,\u00a0Joel Edgerton<\/a>, Ethan Hawke<\/a>, Michael B. Jordan<\/a>\u00a0and Wagner Moura.<\/p>\n “I got a lot of people to thank. I don’t know if I’ll be up here again, so give me a second,” he told the crowd, before thanking the Marty Supreme crew.<\/p>\n Chalamet then told director Josh Safdie, “You made a story about a flawed man with a relatable dream, and you didn’t preach to the audience about what’s right and wrong. And I think we should all be telling stories like that, so thank you for this dream.”<\/p>\n Chalamet and Seyfried are both nominated for the 2026 Golden Globe Awards<\/a>, which will be held this Sunday, Jan. 11, with host Nikki Glaser.
