{"id":680044,"date":"2026-01-07T13:57:10","date_gmt":"2026-01-07T13:57:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/680044\/"},"modified":"2026-01-07T13:57:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T13:57:10","slug":"uta-revenue-financials-disclosed-in-london-for-uk-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/680044\/","title":{"rendered":"UTA Revenue, Financials Disclosed In London for UK Business"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tGlobal talent, entertainment, sports and advisory company\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/uta\/\" id=\"auto-tag_uta_1\" data-tag=\"uta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UTA<\/a>\u00a0has disclosed financials for its U.K. arm UTA UK, which incorporates its business across the Europe, Middle East and Africa, providing some insight into how the firm\u2019s expansion and diversification of its London hub, including its sports growth push, have been playing out.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tLatest financials filed with Companies House, where U.K. companies are registered and regularly disclose their accounts, are for the fiscal year 2024 ended Dec. 31 and not directly comparable with the previous fiscal year, which only covered 10 months due to a change in the accounting periods. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tUTA UK revenue jumped 67 percent to \u00a377.0 million ($104.0 million) from \u00a346.2 million, driven by a big push into European soccer player representation via the June 2024 acquisition of Representatives of Outstanding Footballers (ROOF) and organic growth, with the two additional months of the fiscal year also contributing to the increase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe firm\u2019s operating loss, meanwhile, widened to \u00a334.6 million ($46.7 million) from \u00a311.3 million, driven by acquisition-related expenses and integration costs of acquisitions, including ROOF, as well as investments in growth opportunities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tUTA has said that ROOF, plus its existing Klutch business, positions it to be a serious player in global sports well beyond U.S.\u2011centric basketball and other sports with long-term growth opportunities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tUTA has also doubled down on London as its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/international\/\" id=\"auto-tag_international_1\" data-tag=\"international\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">international<\/a> hub in other areas amid confidence in financial and strategic upside and the benefits of diversifying into newer areas. Its burgeoning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/business\/digital\/uta-signs-jack-edwards-lewis-goodall-madame-joyce-to-growing-creator-division-exclusive-1236166598\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">U.K. creators business<\/a> is among other cases in point.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tOverall, UTA has acquired more than 20 companies globally over the past decade to build a more diversified business across talent management, music, theatre, comedy, the creators space, sports, brands, news, books,\u00a0film, TV and theater writers, and\u00a0speakers.
