Farm shops, tourist shops, cafes, restaurants and delis are all encouraged to attend to ensure their shelves are packed with exciting produce for the year ahead.<\/p>\n<p>The latest exhibitors include Angles Dare Cocktails, Arngask Home Farm, Buck &amp; Birch spirits, Chocolates of Glenshiel, Brownhill Whisky Company and Holleys Fine Food.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s Show features a packed programme of talks and panel discussions designed to give retailers practical insight into key trends and challenges shaping the sector.<\/p>\n<p>Programme highlights include retail trends panel discussion; digital masterclasses on TikTok, Social Media Selling and AI; a one-to-one interview with House of Bruar CEO; a panel discussion on the future of Scotland\u2019s town centres; trademark protection and anti-copywright guidance for small producers and retailers; a traditional sales masterclass; a deep dive into EPR and the new packaging schemes; and a session exploring what \u2018Made in Scotland\u2019 means for Scotland\u2019s food &amp; drink.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, at 1pm on Mon 19 and Tues 20, there will be a lively Nessie\u2019s Den session where Launch Gallery exhibitors pitch their products to retailers and experts for their feedback. Tuesday\u2019s panel features food experts Ben Dale from Cairn Lodge Services, Karol Rzepkowski from Victor Hugo delis and Callum Nimmo from Sainsbury\u2019s as Nessies, hosted by Adam Hardie, Head of Food &amp; Drink, Johnston Carmichael. Monday\u2019s session will focus on gift and trade exhibitors.<\/p>\n<p>The Best Product Awards will once again celebrate suppliers with innovative, commercial, delicious products across the Show, culminating in an awards ceremony at the end of the first day.
