The initiative is part of India\u2019s broader effort to strengthen its position in the global quantum computing landscape.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration aims to bridge gaps between research and real-world application, advancing both scientific knowledge and industrial capabilities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The project will feature IBM\u2019s Quantum System Two with a 156-qubit Heron processor. This system will be the most powerful quantum computer in the country once operational. The Quantum Valley Tech Park, currently under development, aims to support research, development, and application of quantum technologies across various sectors.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/spinner-1s-64px.gif\" alt=\"Loading...\" class=\"adsspiner_300\"\/><\/p>\n<p>TCS will collaborate with IBM to create software tools, algorithms, and applications suited to quantum systems. These developments are expected to help solve complex problems across industries and academic research. As part of the partnership, TCS will work on creating use cases in areas such as life sciences, cryptography, energy, supply chain, and materials science.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The facility will offer Indian researchers and developers access to IBM\u2019s cloud-based quantum computing systems. This access is intended to help build a local quantum workforce and drive new applications.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur National Quantum Mission is to make India a global hub in the quantum industry; a true center of innovation and job creation with access to the technology capable of solving some of our country\u2019s and the world\u2019s most pressing and complex challenges,\u201d said N.
