potentially somewhere else.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Boxing Day traditionally signals the start of the home-moving season &#8211; and this year was the busiest ever for visits to the Rightmove platform.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">And the online estate agent has revealed what Scots were looking for \u2013 with a five-storey detached home in Ayrshire revealed as the most-viewed home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u2018The Pines\u2019, in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ayradvertiser.com\/local-news\/ayr-news\/?ref=au\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Ayr;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Ayr<\/a>, was the only Scottish property to make it into a list of the UK\u2019s most-viewed immediately after Christmas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The house boasts upgraded interiors (Image: Rightmove)<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Valued at offers over \u00a3560,000, the house is said to be a \u201cbeautifully designed, family home set within an exclusive woodland enclave\u201d, offering \u201ctranquillity, privacy and exceptional living space\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The listing for the property adds: \u201cTucked away behind mature trees and accessed via a private road with a generous driveway for multiple cars,<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cThe Pines immediately sets the tone for what\u2019s inside: space, style and thoughtful modern design.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><strong>Read More:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Nine other homes made the list, which was topped by a \u00a31.3m converted farmhouse with its own pool in Winkleigh, Devon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Other properties featured included a Grade II Listed Georgian terraced house in Dunmow, Essex, valued at \u00a3475,000, and architect-designed home dating to 1874 priced \u00a31.2m near London, and a first-time buyer flat in Huddersfield on the market for \u00a3190,000.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8216;The Pines&#8217;
