The Duchess of Sussex <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/royal\/2154487\/meghan-markle-new-year-resolution-message\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sent a new newsletter to her As Ever followers<\/a>, saying that \u201ceasing in can be its own kind of resolution\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>She said: \u201cWith the rush of the holiday season behind us, we look ahead with an intention to begin the new year at a gentler pace. Making space for moments that matter\u2014shared over a cup of tea, by candlelight, or simply taking a pause when the day allows. A reminder that how you start matters, and that easing in can be its own kind of resolution.\u201d It comes as the Duke of Sussex <a data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/news\/royal\/2153457\/prince-harry-security-battle-latest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">will soon learn the findings of the Royal and VIP Executive Committee\u2019s (Ravec) reassessment<\/a> of his threat levels while in the UK.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.express.co.uk\/latest\/prince-harry\" data-link-tracking=\"InArticle|AutoLink\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Prince Harry<\/a> lost his High Court challenge against the Home Office\u2019s decision to downgrade his security since he quit the royals in 2020; however, his team are optimistic this will change.
