Ange Postecoglou\u2019s future at Tottenham is on a knife\u2019s edge with no decision having been made as things stand, sources have told Football Insider.<\/strong><\/p>\n Speaking on the latest edition of Football Insider\u2019s Inside Track podcast<\/a><\/strong>, senior correspondent Pete O\u2019Rourke revealed the \u201conly way\u201d the manager can keep his job is if he can help his side to lift the Europa League later this month.<\/p>\n However, fans are losing patience as a result of their dismal domestic performance and failure to win the competition will \u201cdefinitely\u201d see him sacked.<\/p>\n This comes after Spurs\u2019 3-1 win against Bodo\/Glimt<\/a> in the first leg of their semi-final, while Man United beat Athletic Bilbao 3-0, setting up an all-English final.<\/p>\n Football Insider<\/strong> revealed on 11 April that Postecoglou is among the favourites to be sacked<\/a> at the end of the season amid growing pressure from the fans.<\/p>\n As things stand, though, sources say the decision is still on the toss of a coin and his future will largely hinge on their European success.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n MORE FOOTBALL INSIDER STORIES<\/p>\n Ange Postecoglou sack verdict emerges after Levy claim<\/strong><\/p>\n Tottenham remain 16th in the Premier League as things stand, despite their continental displays, and failure to lift the trophy would represent an awful season.<\/p>\n As a result, former Spurs scout Mick Brown told Football Insider<\/strong> Postecoglou could be sacked<\/a> regardless of whether his side go on to win the Europa League.<\/p>\n The decision has yet to be made, though, with the prestige of winning a trophy and financial boost that comes with Champions League qualification seen as vital.<\/p>\n That will allow Daniel Levy and Spurs to spend bigger in the summer, and potentially back Postecoglou with new players to strengthen his squad and improve next season.<\/p>\n However, Levy is also believed to have begun searching for potential replacements for the boss, as Bournemouth\u2019s Andoni Iraola is the top target<\/a>.<\/p>\n In preparation for Postecoglou\u2019s likely departure, Spurs have already begun assessing their options to replace the boss at the end of the season.<\/p>\n Most recently, Burnley\u2019s Scott Parker has been linked with the role, as Brown told Football Insider<\/strong> Parker has admirers at Tottenham.<\/a><\/p>\n Meanwhile, former Spurs goalkeeper Paul Robinson told\u00a0Football Insider<\/strong>\u00a0Tottenham could take a chance on Parker<\/a>\u00a0as he backed him to make the step up.<\/p>\n However, there are concerns about his record managing in the Premier League and other candidates are ahead of him in the pecking order as
