\n\tTom Hiddleston<\/a> is set to reprise his role of Loki<\/a> in Avengers: Doomsday<\/a> in his return to the Marvel<\/a> Cinematic Universe.<\/p>\n

\n\tHiddleston was one of the many actors confirmed to return to the MCU and was recently asked about the film, which the Russo Brothers will direct.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c[I\u2019m] very, very excited,\u201d Hiddleston told ComicBook<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s really remarkable that I can talk about it because mostly I\u2019m in a position of knowing and not being able to say anything \u2026 it\u2019s been an extraordinary chapter of my life playing Loki, and it\u2019s not over yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHiddleston has played the anti-hero across the MCU, starting with 2011\u2019s Thor. He reprised the role in 2012\u2019s The Avengers, 2013\u2019s Thor: The Dark World, 2015\u2019s Avengers: Age of Ultron, 2017\u2019s Thor: Ragnarok, 2018\u2019s Avengers: Infinity War and 2019\u2019s Avengers: Endgame.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe actor\u2019s last appearance in film as Loki was in 2023\u2019s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. <\/p>\n

\n\tLoki also had a TV series on Disney+, which premiered in 2021 and ran for two seasons, wrapping its second season in 2023.<\/p>\n

\n\tActors confirmed for Avengers: Doomsday included Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Anthony Mackie (Captain America), Vanessa Kirby (Susan Storm), Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), and Florence Pugh (Yelena).<\/p>\n
