Emergency services have raced to a major crash on the M8 near Glasgow Airport<\/a> this morning. The eastbound section of the busy motorway has been restricted between junctions 28 and 27 after the incident happened at around 8.20am on Friday.<\/p>\n A picture taken from the scene showed police<\/a> and ambulance crews in attendance. The extent of any injuries suffered as a result of the crash is currently unclear.<\/p>\n The incident<\/a> has sparked huge rush hour delays. It\u2019s closed off all the lanes except from the far right.”<\/p>\n Another, who is stuck in traffic on the M8, added: “Definitely avoid if you can. We have sat and moved 100yards in 30mins.”<\/p>\n
